- All operators must have a valid automobile drivers permit
- All operators must be 19 years of age or older.
- All operators of the snowmobile must sign a waiver of liability.
- The Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including
but not limited to collision, theft, and vandalism. Insurance
for collision is not available.
- A 25% non refundable reservation deposit is required to confirm
the reservation.
- A damage deposit of $1000 is required. This can be cash or authorized
credit card hold for $1000 plus the cost of rental.
- Rental periods are typically 8 am on the first day of rental
to 6pm on the last day of rental
- Muskoka Motion Limited reserves the right to refuse rental to
anyone whom may present danger to themselves or others.
- No person shall consume alcohol or mind altering drugs before
or during operation of the snowmobile, prescription or otherwise.
Some cold and flu medicines may reduce alertness.
- Proper safety equipment must be worn at any time the snowmobile
is being operated.
- All snowmobiles must be operated on marked OFSC trails.
- Muskoka Motion Limited reserves the right to cancel the rental
period due to unsafe trail conditions, without notice.
- Muskoka Motion Limited reserves the right to amend these terms
and conditions at any time.
